How can the score be lower than S9 Ultra when everything is way better.
Massive bump in SoC power.
Multicore + 40% (from S9 Ultr. SD8Gen2 5400 to almost 7800) Geekbench6 score 12121054)
GPU we see almost 60% gain in Vulkan score from S9U 9500 to 14600.
S10U is made of better, stronger material (Armor Aluframe, claims to be double as strong & less prone to scratches and dents)
S10U is 12g lighter and also thinner, 5.4mm, than S9.
S10U has Android rev. support to late 2031 with 7 years, S9U only to mid 2027, as its only 4 years.
S10U has the next generation of WIFI with WIFI7 support, S9U only WIFI6 support.
S10U got Samsung's new screen-coating that only reflect 2% glare, as we also see on S25Ultra.
S10U got enhanced SDcard reader hardware, that also opens up for 1.5TB cards, while S9U max 1TB.
Biggest gain is the SoC.. massive step up vs Snap Dragon 8 gen2, and its also way above Snap Dragon 8gen3 on CPU.
Where fx Samsung 24 Ultra gets 6600 multicore.
But the 7 years Android support is also positive in these years where Ai is gonna play a significant role.
One thing that I don't get, is reviewers critizing the size, it would be like me reviewing a 65" OLEDTV and then hammering & criticizing the TV for being 65" and saying people should maybe thinking about getting a 48" or 42" OLEDTV and threatening them like they are children that cant comprihend something as undamental as screensize.. Its the size in itself that likely are the reason why people are looking at that model, if they wanted smaller they wouldn't be looking at the biggest tablet on the globe.
