Yes - it can heat & cool.
Yes, this sort of thing (Peltier effect) is horribly inefficient.

Bitte kontrolliert doch mal Eure Links zu Amazon. Es ist nicht das erste Mal, das Ihr irgendeinen Link mit falschen Angaben macht. Der Bosgame M1 kostet bei Amazon 819€ (man kann allerdings einen 130€ Rabatt Coupon anwenden) und nicht 500€ wie Ihr behauptet. Erstmal schön die Leser zu Amazon locken... Wie gesagt, erlebe ich nicht das erste Mal bei Euch, das mit falschen Angaben zu Amazon verlinkt wird. Ein Schelm der böses dabei denkt....

Der Bericht zeigt ganz deutlich das man am besten alles selber macht als da irgendwem zu vertrauen.
Von Samsung Geräten sollte man eh die Finger Lassen die defekte sind immer und immer wieder die gleichen durch alle möglichen serien und Modelle hinweg.

Uhhhh... This camera release caused one of the biggest controversies & shitstorms in the camera industry in 5 years at least, causing a massive camera enthusiast backlash and widespread discussions about how bad camera reviews are. Gerald Undone posted a long essay about how camera reviews are broken and how camera makers contribute to the problem in response to the negative chatter on the internet.
Guess that counts as "rather positively received"...
