Vor nur einem Monat wurde Sony ein Patent bewilligt, welches einen neuen Controller zum Inhalt hat. Dieser lehnt sich vom Design her an den aktuellen Dualshock-Controller der Playstation 4 an, besitzt statt des Trackpads in der Mitte jedoch einen Touchscreen.
