Toshiba hat eine neue NVMe-SSD vorgestellt. Bei der XG6 handelt es sich um das erste Modell, das 96-lagigen 3D-Flash-Speicher nutzt. Die maximale Kapazität beträgt nichtsdestotrotz lediglich ein Terabyte.
