Das populäre Microsoft-Betriebssystem Windows 98 feiert heute seinen zwanzigsten Geburtstag. Es handelt sich um das erste Windows-OS mit Multi-Monitor-Support und dem Win32-Treibermodell. Zudem waren Active Desktop und der Internet Explorer 4.0 ab Werk enthalten.
