Cat S31 is the perfect phone for push-to-talk communication! It has Programmable Key which can set as PTT button, and it has front-facing speaker which definitely makes it easier to talk while looking at the screen.

However, need to make sure the PTT app can respond to the Programmable Key settings. Download VoicePing from PlayStore, a PTT App that definitely works with CAT S31.
