Bereits seit der Präsentation des Honor V10 wissen wir, dass Huawei an einer Alternative zu Apples Face ID und Animojis arbeitet und möglicherweise auch das umstrittene "Notch-Design" des iPhone X übernimmt. Die Funktion der 3D-Kamera, die vorerst noch als externes Modul vorliegt, zeigt im Video deutliche Ähnlichkeiten zu Face ID des Apple-Vorbilds.
