Hello there!
I was undervolting my Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @2.20GHz at -125mV and everything went fine. I tried -140mV and I tried the TS Bench again and the score was red so not as good as the -125mV. Does that make anything different? Should I stay at -125mV or go up further. And my Laptop didnt crash on either.

I have an I7 9750h. I have activated speedshift option but now I noticed that there is a second option called speedstep also active. Should I disable it?

Can anyone help me with a problem? I am unable to change the turbo ratio limit all of a sudden causing my laptop to run really hot.
