Asus steht auf Cloud Computing und hat auf der Computex 2012 mit dem Asus 600 auch eines der ersten Tablets für Windows RT (Windows On ARM, WOA) angekündigt. Ferner wurden das 11,6" große Windows-8-Tablet Asus 810, das Convertible Transformer Book und der Ultrabook-Tablet-Hybride Taichi gezeigt.
