BYD brings 5-minute charging to $10,000 EV with 2027 Seagull

A short 5-minute charging stint at one of BYD's 1.5 MW Flash Charger piles can bring the battery of the new 2027 Seagull to 70% capacity. BYD has brought these charging speeds to a car that starts from the $10,000 mark for the first time.

Can't wait for these to arrive in Europe (in 2027), hopefully with a larger battery option.

Even though price will not be as low, it'll still be a great car (vs what's available from other manufacturers).
