ChatGPT Voice can now use your apps, but approvals stay on screen

Since Wednesday, ChatGPT's voice mode can pull data from connected apps such as Gmail, Google Calendar and Slack, including on the free plan. OpenAI does not accept spoken approval, so any action that needs a yes still has to be confirmed on the display. One setting decides what ChatGPT may read without asking, and disconnecting an app is a separate step.
