Jellyfin's new big release reworks book support and playlists but needs plugins rebuilt

Jellyfin 12.0 has arrived, and the project has dropped the 10. from its version numbers. Book and comic handling moves out of the Bookshelf plugin and into the server, playlist storage has been rebuilt, and FFmpeg 8.1 is now supported.
