Garmin CIRQA locks surprising features behind subscription paywall

Garmin CIRQA will be available for order starting Friday. The wearable, which costs $199, is being heavily promoted with the slogan "No subscription required" – presumably a dig at Whoop. However, as initial hands-on tests show, the wristband lacks a key feature if no subscription is purchased.
