Sony has reportedly imposed a ₹500,000 ($5,800)  weekly cap on PlayStation Store wallet top-up sales for Indian retailers. The move is aimed at curbing fraudulent transactions, but bodes ill for Sony's push toward an increasingly digital PlayStation ecosystem that often relies on PSN gift cards for transactions.
