Microsoft has released a new 15-inch laptop globally. Sold with a higher resolution display than its predecessor, the new Surface Laptop 8 15-inch also features up to 64 GB of RAM and a 12-core Snapdragon X2 Elite chipset with up to 19 hours of battery life in official tests.
