Sony Xperia Announcement event runtime spotted on eve of Xperia 1 VIII launch

Typically, Sony's new Xperia Product Announcements run to over 20 minutes. However, the video associated with Sony's May 2026 Xperia Announcement is set to last a fraction of the time shared for previous Xperia flagships.  Currently, Sony is only expected to reveal the Xperia 1 VIII on May 13.
