Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick says he is "deeply disappointed" by BioShock 4's prolonged delay, citing years lost to creative directions that failed to work. The troubled Cloud Chamber project has since undergone an internal review, layoffs, and leadership changes as 2K attempts to refocus the long-awaited sequel.
