OmniOS r151058 packs tool updates, new features, and better hardware support

OmniOS r151058, only supporting upgrades from r151054 and r151056, is now available with improved IPv6 support, GMAC signing in SMB 3.1.1, ZFS improvements, better hardware support, load-balancing for individual logical units via mpathadm, as well as many other tweaks and fixes.
