What does experience strategy consulting typically include? For example, does it cover things like customer journey mapping, CX design, service design, employee experience, or digital transformation strategies?

Also, how is it different from general management consulting or UX consulting? What kind of businesses usually hire experience strategy consultants, and what outcomes can they expect?
