A fresh batch of slides attributed to AMD has surfaced via Moore's Law Is Dead, detailing the company's Zen 7 server platform. Codenamed Florence, the top SP7/SP8 configuration reportedly scales to 288 cores across eight Steamboat CCDs, pairs high-performance cores with a separate stacked L3 cache die, and remains compatible with existing Zen 6 IO dies.
