The Netherlands' RDW has granted type approval for Tesla's Full Self-Driving (Supervised), allowing Dutch owners to use an EU-specific FSD software branch immediately. The stricter monitoring rules include continuous driver-attention tracking and temporary lockouts for inattentiveness.
