Arch-based ML4W OS 2.12.0 now available with Quickshell and other changes

German-made ML4W OS is another distro based on Arch Linux, and its latest version, labeled 2.12.0, comes with multiple package updates, as well as several system elements replaced with Quickshell widgets. Only available for 64-bit machines, it comes in a 2.4 GB ISO file.
