According to a Digital Foundry review, Silent Hill f performance on Sony's flagship console has caveats. The PS5 Pro enhanced game suffers from shimmering reflections due to its PSSR implementation. Like other PS5 Pro games, players don't have the ability to disable the upscaling feature.
