Dyson Clean+Wash Hygiene new self-cleaning wet dry vacuum on the way

The Dyson Clean+Wash Hygiene wet floor cleaner was recently unveiled. Following on from the brand's WashG1, the model does away with supposedly unhygienic filters with a new waste storage system. It can vacuum and mop simultaneously, and the accompanying dock offers a self-cleaning feature.
