James Gunn's Superman (2025) doesn't try to win the loudness war. It wins the clarity war. The team stacked practical flight rigs, photographed skies on an LED stage, locked the show's look before VFX, and built the sound mix in the edit room so jokes, dialogue, and chaos actually play together. The result is a big, generous movie that reads clean in IMAX and still feels tactile at home.
