Xiaomi releases Redmi K80 Ultra with aggressive pricing and minimalist design

The Redmi K80 Ultra is now here and with relatively restrained styling for a Redmi K smartphone. Also known as the Redmi K80 Extreme Edition, the smartphone comes with four launch colours, up to 16 GB of RAM, 1 TB of storage, a flagship MediaTek chipset and a huge battery that surpasses 7,000 mAh.

Before CN's Xiaomi Redmi K70 Ultra (non-CN's Xiaomi 14T Pro) was powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9300+, so nothing has changed.

Following the guidelines, the previous CN's Xiaomi Redmi K70E (non-CN's Xiaomi 14T) with MediaTek's Dimensity 8300 should lead to a newer CN's Xiaomi Redmi K80E (non-CN's Xiaomi 15T), powered again with MediaTek's newer Dimensity 8400.
