A new report from Taiwanese media outlet Ctee says TSMC could increase the cost of its 2 nm wafers even further.

They could raise the price 50%, they are the only ones able to make chips at that size.

Intel's 18A and 14A nodes are also shaping up to be formidable competitor

with the possible caveat that their yields are so low they will not be commercially viable this year nor the next. Remember the 10nm fiasco? Intel doesn't, and they are repeating the same path.
