Xiaomi's carbon fiber hood debacle causes backlash among some buyers

Xiaomi is currently facing the ire of a certain group of buyers, namely owners of a Xiaomi SU7 Ultra, over the carbon fiber  hood controversy. According to the official website, the hood is intended to provide better ventilation for the front wheels. Following revelations that the feature appears primarily decorative than functional, 300 customers feel they have been cheated and are demanding a full refund.
