All these components are more power angry than those in the ThinkPad T14s Gen 6 with Ryzen AI 7 PRO 360 (iGPU 880m) equipped with 32 or 64 GB LPDDR5x RAM which already reaches the limit of the 65w power supply in burn-in tests. ThinkPad P14s Gen 6 could be very limited because of that.
100W power supply is available for P16s gen4.
As it is the same motherboard (p14s gen6 = p16s gen4), Lenovo should enable customers to select the 100W power supply in product configurator.
One another problem, on both laptop (p14s gen6 / p16s gen4), the only screen available is the low power FHD 500 nits screen while 1800p and 2160p are available with Ryzen 5 340 and Ryzen 7 350.
Maybe it is a lack of power with 65W only power supply (as on both products the better screens are OLED) but with the 100W, there should be no problem.
If someone has more information on this subject, I will be more than happy.
