The Garmin Forerunner 255 and Forerunner 955 smartwatches are receiving a new beta update, version 21.18. This latest release brings the recently launched Strength Coach to the wearables. The change log also lists three bug fixes for sleep-related issues, weather forecasts and the triathlon activity.
