Apple Intelligence features in iOS 18.1 beta 3 release to global audiences ahead of September full launch

As of the iOS 18.1 beta 3, iPhone users outside of the US can access Apple Intelligence features, as long as they jump through a few small hoops to get them. Users in China and the EU are still left in the cold, however, and users will still need to change their keyboard and Siri language to US English.
