Samsung Foundry's 2 nm chips slated to enter mass production in 2025

A report from Business Korea states Samsung plans to start mass production of its 2 nm node in 2025. It will be used to power the Exynos 2600 and possibly the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 for Galaxy.
