Apple updates App Store guidelines to allow game emulators

Apple has updated the App Store guidelines, which introduces a good number of changes. One of them is adding retro game emulators to the list of permitted software. These changes to the policies comply with the anti-steering mandate imposed by the European Commission and respond to the antitrust lawsuit filed by the US.
