Nvidia-centric leaker Kopite7kimi has revealed that the GB202 GPU powering the GeForce RTX 5090 will be manufactured on TSMC's 4NP node, the same as the GB100. They also talk about improved throughput on each SM (Streaming Multiprocessor).
