Visionary.ai claims to be able to bring "extreme low light" video to smartphones powered by Qualcomm's latest and greatest  Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with its IP. The company asserts that its software-based ISP can leverage the processor's upgraded power to achieve "impossible imaging tasks" using any smartphone camera, thereby bringing "true night vision technology" to the top-tier mobile device world.
