A test mule of the upcoming refresh of the Tesla Model 3 electric vehicle, also known as Project Highland, has been spotted on the road in Xinjiang, a north-western autonomous region in China. The Tesla Model 3 Highland was unsurprisingly camouflaged for its day trip, so that all that was visible to nosey neighbors was its white paint job.
