Auskunftsersuche von Nutzern hat der Streaming-Dienst lange Zeit nicht vollständig beantwortet, Nutzer hatten so keine Möglichkeit komplett einzusehen welche Daten aus welchen Bezugsquellen der Konzern über sie hat. Das hat nun monetäre Konsequenzen für Spotify.
