Der Telekommunikationsanbieter Vodafone hat eine 5G-Mobilfunkstation vorgestellt. Die Besonderheit: Das System basiert nicht etwa auf proprietärer und stark integrierter Hardware, stattdessen wird ein Raspberry Pi - in Kombination mit einem speziellen Chip - genutzt.
