The DM20-C smartwatch with a SIM card slot and support for 4G is now available on AliExpress. The gadget also has a front-facing 5 MP camera, built-in heart rate sensor and GPS. The wearable runs on Android 9.1, allowing you to download apps via the Google Play store.
