After the discontinued Audi R8 e-tron did not appeal to too many buyers back in 2015, a true electric successor to the powerful German coupe is rumored to launch in 2025. Supposedly, it could be based on one of Porsche's sophisticated EV platforms that will also power the upcoming generation of the successful Taycan.
