While the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 gave the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 a beating earlier this year, new reports indicate the status quo will be restored with the next generation of flagship chipsets, with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 set to outperform MediaTek's Dimensity 9000 successor.
