Just hours before launch, a new leak indicates that the AMD Ryzen 9 7950X processor can offer the highest boost on the TSMC N5 node at 5.85 GHz. This would mean stiff competition between the AMD top dog and the Intel Core i9-13900K/KF, which is pegged to offer a 5.8 GHz boost. An OC'd version of the Core i9-13900KF is already shown to hit 6 GHz in gaming and 3DMark.
