The very first generations of Apple computers often do quite well when offered at high-end auctions. However, the latest such deal may outshine the rest, with a final bid of well over US$650,000. This is because it is the Apple-1 prototype Steve Jobs brought to a pitch at one of the world first PC retail stores.
