AMD appears to mock DLSS and XeSS while open-sourcing FSR 2.0

AMD has made the source code of FSR 2.0 available to everyone. Anyone can now download and use FSR 2.0 to implement Team Red's state-of-the-art temporal upscaling solution in their games. In an article published on GPUOpen, AMD has also elaborated on why FSR 2.0 doesn't use Machine Learning.
