Microsoft has pulled its PC Health Check app, but there is already a third-party tool that does a better job at detailing why Windows 11 may not run on your PC. WhyNotWin11 separates Windows 11's system requirements into 11 areas and explains why you can change to run Microsoft's latest OS.

Amazing how Microsoft had significantly more time, likely months, and massively more resources, not to mention internal knowledge, to make their own tool, yet they failed miserably, and already third-party developers have done a far superior job. I'd say MS should be ashamed, but clearly they have no shame based on the state of their various products.
