Die Software des Samsung Galaxy Z Flip erlaubt einige interessante Anwendungen, in denen das Smartphone halb aufgeklappt benutzt wird, um etwa auf der unteren Hälfte den Kamera-Auslöser und in der oberen Hälfte das Bild der Kamera darzustellen. Dieser Modus soll bald auch auf anderen Android-Smartphones verfügbar sein.
