Einem neuen Bericht zufolge bleibt TSMC der alleinige Hersteller von Apples hauseigenen SoCs. Die Produktion des A14-Chips im 5-nm-Verfahren soll schon im zweiten Quartal starten, wodurch das nächste iPhone eines der ersten Smartphones mit einem Chip in der neuen Strukturbreite werden dürfte.
