Huawei has confirmed plans to offer the MateBook D 16 2024 in Europe. Designed to compete within the popular 16-inch laptop space, the MateBook D 16 2024 combines up to an Intel Core i9-13900H processor with a 1200p display and a 70 Wh battery but starts at €999 with lower specifications.

This is obsolete model 2023. It has been on sale in our stores since the beginning of summer 2023. This is an outdated line of processors based on Alder Lake cores, even not Raptor Lake cores 2023, which is also outdated for that date.

I'm writing about my country, where this model has been sold since the beginning of summer 2023 and has no demand compared to the D16 2022. Why should I care how Huawei marketers position this model in Europe, if in our country this model is already obsolete?

Must be nice to live in a country where Chinese OEMs sell their own products many months before they even release them in their own market (China).

I have already proven more than once that you are lying and I can easily prove it again. I don't care where and how it supposedly just started being sold - we have these models with 13700H/13900H (which themselves are outdated even in 2023 - because they have Alder Lake inside the core, not Raptor Lake) a long time ago, from the beginning summer, gathering dust on the shelves of large retail chains.
A graph of price changes for them in our local currency over the past six months in some retail chains is publicly available.

As I wrote earlier, the main problem of this series (in our country) is that the price for them is greatly inflated (vs D16 2022 with i7 in  US $), and the shameful 16GB of memory at such a price does not suit anyone. Some buyers who have no problems with money and for some reason are interested in this particular model, ordered a version with 32GB of RAM from China back in the summer, but for some reason such models were not delivered to us, apparently the local dealers are too greedy to sell them at a price at which they will be interesting to someone, even against the backdrop of the wild prices of 16GB models.

In Europe, the price seems to be slightly lower (and household incomes are several times higher), so perhaps in Europe, with a delay of more than six months, the outdated 2023 model may have some success, especially with New Year's promotions, but at a price of $1000, I wouldn't Today I started buying a laptop with 16GB of non-expandable memory. This is a waste of money with a 2 year+ outlook. If, of course, a person is adequate and earns money through hard work...

Lmao, so do it then. I am lying, Notebookcheck is lying, hell even Huawei is lying and they were secretly selling this laptop in your super-important country FIVE MONTHS before they released the product in China. All links are lies, only your invisible links and sources are THE truth 😂

How much did Huawei pay this ad? Huawei makes unreliable junk. Like many Huawei products, this laptop comes with spyware from the CCP pre installed by Huawei. This is because the CCP has a controlling interest in Huawei. Even the Chinese people won't buy it.

It's just a matter of taste and belief in something.

There are Chinese intelligence agencies, in the west the NSA. This particular Huawei has NSA and Chinese intelligence bugs working at the same time.

It's already the second decade since all motherboards for x86 have a special spy coprocessor for the NSA - Intel ME/AMD PSP.

Both are not documented in any way, cannot be disabled (without some exploits) and have unknown functionality. They completely control your machine until the CPU and main BIOS start.

Just like all owners of newfangled gadgets - smartphones, tablets, watches, etc. in fact, they are wearing a device that spies on them.

So don't cry over your head when it's already cut off...
