It has been a long time coming, but a final version of the Smach Z will apparently be at E3 2019. The conference, hosted at the LA Convention Center between June 11 and 13, will be the first opportunity to see the much delayed handheld console in the flesh. The Smach Z is still available to pre-order with prices currently starting at US$629.10.

Good call. Realize that Q2 is over and now is Q3 already but still no news on any mass production. Reflecting back to Embedded World 2019, Smach Z had shown a prototype but still failed to ship in Q1 as stated earlier. After that it became Q2 to Q3. Another 3 months more and will see how this pans out but expectations are low as always.

From E3 courtesy of Toms Hardware, its going to be the "end of the year" and "limited units". They are also advertising 10 USD booking fee to get into waiting list for early units "in 2019". This whole charade getting more interesting.
