Intel is expected to regain the title of world's largest semiconductor supplier, according to initial forecasts from IC Insights. However, the swapping of places with Samsung seems to be more down to the South Korean manufacturer's huge dip in memory sales rather than a considerable increase in sales for Intel's chips.
